Oil field data capture that's versatile

The TAM Daily Gauge Sheet System (DGSS) provides an automated system for oil field data capture. Pumpers report well statistics back to their office with daily entries into the database. Best of all, it can be used on any device equipped with Microsoft Excel.

Our software generates and sends scheduled emails containing a gauge sheet to the designated recipients. The field personnel enter their data and email it back. DGSS receives the email, imports the data to your production system, sends exception notices, and generates reports back to the pumper.

Your main office updates routes, pumpers, and well or lease data groups as needed. Administrative control of email distribution and notification settings is made simple.

Is it user friendly? What about pumpers?

Our product is user friendly. After some basic training, people can use the features they need most. Web access also makes it easy to reach from most devices.

Pumpers love the gauge sheet because it looks and feels like a "grease sheet" and is in Excel. They can enter data remotely, submit their completed and saved sheet each day at the end of their run, and always see the history of their well throughout the month.

Do you need an internet connection to use it?

The gauge sheet and drilling field module can capture information remotely without an internet connection, then submit the daily information to the main system for synchronization once an internet connection is available. The internet is a requirement to access the main system.
